What services do you offer tenants?

1

The above consultation is used to inform tenants about state and local laws. What services do you offer landlords?

2

The above consultation is used to inform residential landlords about state and local laws. This ranges from FEDs (evictions) to rent increases, termination of tenancy, security deposit withholding, habitability, negotiations, landlord access, abandoned property procedure, rental agreements, utility laws, and more. We only represent residential landlords in advising on basic issues, and the drafting of termination of tenancy notices.

Will you represent me in my case?

3

While we use consultations to screen for prospective cases we can assist with, we do not offer representation on all cases. This is due to needing to balance the number of cases we are actively involved with, the prospective economic benefit of a case, and ensuring a certain quality of services for each client.

How do I reach out to you about my case?

4

We use the consultation to gather information related to your specific legal question. Once you schedule your consultation, you will be provided an intake form and an option to upload documents to allow us to better understand your situation. This is the only way we screen prospective cases.
